At Green Goat, we tackle the sneaky little ways sound slips through buildings and make sure your acoustic engineer’s design actually works. Because let’s face it, no one wants to hear the upstairs loo, an echoey carpark, or every word of the meeting next door.
We solve those problems by sealing gaps, silencing pipes, fitting doors properly, and installing acoustic panels that not only work but look good too. Fire safety always comes first, but when there’s room to boost acoustic performance, we’ll find it. The result? Spaces that are calmer, clearer, and a whole lot more comfortable.

Paddy McCarthy
Director | Sound Strategist
At Green Goat, Paddy leads with a focus on strategy, innovation, and empowering the team to do their best work. As a director, he’s more about steering the vision than doing the hands-on sealing himself (he’ll happily admit the real work is in the team’s capable hands). Delegation is part of his toolkit, along with keeping spirits high.
When he’s not shaping Green Goat’s next acoustic solution, you’ll likely find Paddy out socialising — some call it networking, he calls it “research with benefits.” His days are fuelled by music, conversations, and the freedom to try new ideas.
Fun fact: The name Green Goat came from a belief in being memorable. Why blend into the background when you can make some noise — and then control it? 🐐💚
Nigel
Managing Director | Chief Noise Inspector
Nigel joined the workforce in February 2024 and quickly climbed the ranks to become our four-legged managing director. Starting in sales (treat quotas smashed daily), he now oversees team morale with his unique mix of belly rub requests and lap inspections. HR hasn’t had a single complaint yet.
Whether he’s greeting clients with a paw-shake or supervising site visits with a wag, Nigel is all about ensuring projects run smoothly. Quiet confidence is his style, though he’s never quiet when it’s dinnertime.
Andressa Compiani
Quantity Surveyor | Decibel Counter & Cost Controller
Andressa is Green Goat’s detail-driven Quantity Surveyor, ensuring every acoustic project stays on budget and hits performance standards. From cost management to compliance, she keeps things balanced — no noise slipping through the cracks.
Outside of the office, she stays active with futsal, yoga, gym sessions, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her essentials: strong coffee, good music, and open conversation.
What she loves about Green Goat is the freedom to experiment, the honesty in the team, and the fun that comes with tackling serious work without taking yourself too seriously.
Joseph Abad
Operations Manager | Workflow Conductor
At Green Goat, Joseph ensures the day-to-day runs like a well-tuned space. From client relationships to project logistics, he’s all about consistency, communication, and keeping the sound under control.
When he’s not optimising processes, Joseph is in the kitchen testing new recipes. Much like his work, he thrives in fast-paced environments where creativity meets precision. For him, Green Goat is the perfect mix of flexibility, trust, and variety — no two days are ever the same.
Operations pro by day, food explorer by night, Joseph helps Green Goat deliver seamless service, one quieted room (and tasty dish) at a time.
